Auction result well in line with expectations
The work "Now It's Christmas Again" by Carl Larsson was sold in the Important Winter Sale auction at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2019. The price achieved of SEK 5,300,000.00 (€ 505,121.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as SEK 4,000,000.00 – 6,000,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Carl Larsson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Syende flicka", which sold at auction in December 2020 for SEK 10,200,000.00 (€ 1,015,829.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit "Now It's Christmas Again" von Carl Larsson wurde im Dezember 2019 in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von SEK 5.300.000,00 (€ 505.121,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit SEK 4.000.000,00 – 6.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Carl Larsson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Syende flicka" beobachtet, die im Dezember 2020 für SEK 10.200.000,00 (€ 1.015.829,93) versteigert wurde.
