Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2008 a collector was able to acquire the work Poppies by Caroline Sillars for GBP 200.00 (€ 254.97). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Caroline Sillars have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in April 2008 by the work Daisies at GBP 212.50 (€ 270.91).
