Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Set Design by Cecil Beaton for GBP 280.50 (€ 329.33). This price was achieved in the auction Modern British and Irish Art at Bonhams in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cecil Beaton achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Audrey Hepburn as Eliza Doolittle, 1963 in September 2017 with an auction result of GBP 93,750.00 (€ 106,360.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Set Design von Cecil Beaton für GBP 280,50 (€ 329,33) erwerben.
