Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 26,501.35), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. Admittedly, works by Charles-Théodore Frère have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Grande caravane de La Mecque in December 2018 with an auction result of EUR 195,000.00.

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 26.501,35) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Charles-Théodore Frère auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Grande caravane de La Mecque im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 195.000,00.
