It achieved a price of MAD 78,000.00 (€ 6,824.20), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Charles-Théodore Frère achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Grande caravane de La Mecque in December 2018 with an auction result of EUR 195,000.00.
