Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The General Way. Home Counties; No.4 Kent by Christopher Richard Wynne Nevinson was auctioned at Bonhams in London in February 2024. The price achieved of GBP 768.00 (€ 1,285.37) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christopher Richard Wynne Nevinson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Dawn, 1914 in November 2017 with an auction result of GBP 1,869,000.00 (€ 2,121,593.04).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit The General Way.
