In the The Marine Sale auction, the work Shipping on the Thames at Shadwell sold for GBP 8,925.00 (€ 10,266.35) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 5,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Claude T. Stanfield Moore - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Houses of Parliament, Westminster, which sold at auction in June 2007 for GBP 20,400.00 (€ 30,272.57).

In der Auktion The Marine Sale wurde die Arbeit Shipping on the Thames at Shadwell für GBP 8.925,00 (€ 10.266,35) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 5.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Claude T. Stanfield Moore mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Houses of Parliament, Westminster beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für GBP 20.400,00 (€ 30.272,57) versteigert wurde.
