Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 21.250,00 (€ 14.318,44) und damit 42% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Cornelis Dusart auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A Village Fair With Dancing In The Street im Juli 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 75.482,93).
