Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Pair of Pink Quartz & Blue Calcite Eroded Rolling Stone Magazines by Daniel Arsham was sold in the Daniel Arsham : Archeology of the Future auction at Christies in Hong Kong in June 2020. It changed hands for a price of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 54,558.81) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 300,000.00 – 500,000.00. Admittedly, works by Daniel Arsham have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Quartz Eroded Vogue Magazine 101 in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 2,312,500.00 (€ 268,207.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Pair of Pink Quartz & Blue Calcite Eroded Rolling Stone Magazines von Daniel Arsham wurde im Juni 2020 in der Auktion Daniel Arsham : Archeology of the Future bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 54.558,81) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 300.000,00 – 500.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Daniel Arsham auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Quartz Eroded Vogue Magazine 101 im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.312.500,00 (€ 268.207,19).
