This artwork by David Hockney achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in April this year. In the Discovery Prints Sale Online auction, the work Group of 9 individual posters including Parade (small version) sold for GBP 1,275.00 (€ 1,453.08) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by David Hockney achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nichols Canyon in December 2020 with an auction result of USD 41,067,500.00 (€ 33,579,313.16).

In der Auktion Discovery Prints Sale Online wurde die Arbeit Group of 9 individual posters including Parade (small version) für GBP 1.275,00 (€ 1.453,08) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von David Hockney erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nichols Canyon im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 41.067.500,00 (€ 33.579.313,16).
