A top price for Dick Romyn - as previously expected
In February 2008 Christies in London held the auction 20th Century British Art, which included the work Ship of Fools; Beach head, night; South Coast by Dick Romyn. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,187.50 (€ 1,553.20) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Ship of Fools; Beach head, night; South Coast is the most expensive artwork by Dick Romyn that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.187,50 (€ 1.553,20) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 800,00 – 1.200,00.
