Estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2018 Ketterer in Munich held the auction Ketterer Contemporary, which included the work Ohne Titel by Dirk Skreber. Here, the estimate of EUR 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 8,035.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Dirk Skreber achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Gelb Lok (Yellow Locomotive) in May 2006 with an auction result of USD 497,600.00 (€ 387,750.33).
Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2018 führte Ketterer in München die Auktion Ketterer Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ohne Titel von Dirk Skreber zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der Schätzpreis von EUR 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 8.035,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Dirk Skreber erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Gelb Lok (Yellow Locomotive) im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 497.600,00 (€ 387.750,33).
