Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2009 a collector was able to acquire the work Last Voyage by Dmitry Gerrman for USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,325.88). This price was achieved in the auction Russian Art at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Dmitry Gerrman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Reflection, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 20,900.00 (€ 29,265.41).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2009 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Last Voyage von Dmitry Gerrman für USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.325,88) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Russian Art bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Dmitry Gerrman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Reflection beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 20.900,00 (€ 29.265,41) versteigert wurde.
