Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Dorothea Sharp achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in March last year. In the 19th Century and British Impressionist Art auction, the work One o'clock, two o'clock sold for GBP 69,000.00 (€ 81,807.27) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 30,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Dorothea Sharp; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot In The Orchard, Picking Plums sold at auction in July 2007 with the realized price of GBP 84,000.00 (€ 124,759.39).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Dorothea Sharp erzielte im März letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis.
