A top price for Dylan Lewis - as previously expected
In November 2007 Christies in New York held the auction Sporting And Wildlife Art Including The Collection Of Doug And Ellen Miller, which included the work Walking Cheetahs by Dylan Lewis. The price achieved of USD 301,000.00 (€ 204,929.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 250,000.00 – 350,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Walking Cheetahs is the most expensive artwork by Dylan Lewis that we have observed at auctions so far.
