Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bandol by E. Paul Champseix was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 2,250.00 (€ 3,204.79) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by E. Paul Champseix have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2012 the work Bandol was auctioned for GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,905.89).

Die Arbeit Bandol von E. Paul Champseix kam im November 2015 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 2.250,00 (€ 3.204,79) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
