It changed hands for a price of GBP 892.50 (€ 1,058.16) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 700.00 – 900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Eduardo Laplante achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ingenios De Azucar De La Isla De Cuba in June this year with an auction result of USD 20,160.00 (€ 18,461.54).
