Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Landscape. by Einar Ilmoni was auctioned at Bukowski in Helsinki in June 2013, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 730.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Einar Ilmoni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Evening Landscape"., which sold at auction in April 2012 for EUR 2,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Landscape. von Einar Ilmoni im Juni 2013 bei Bukowski in Helsinki versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 730,00 den Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Einar Ilmoni mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Evening Landscape". beobachtet, die im April 2012 für EUR 2.500,00 versteigert wurde.
