The price achieved of GBP 960 (€ 1,425) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been given by the auction house as GBP 800 - 1,200. Admittedly, works by Elizabeth Terroux have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work in July 2018 with an auction result of GBP 12,500 (€ 14,015).
