Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2010 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Paris, Le Marche Saint-Pierre by Emilio Boggio. The price achieved of EUR 5,100.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emilio Boggio achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Lecture in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 92,500.00 (€ 64,343.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2010 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paris, Le Marche Saint-Pierre von Emilio Boggio zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.100,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emilio Boggio erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Lecture im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 92.500,00 (€ 64.343,35).
