Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Italian her Master'S Choice by Fabio Fabbi was auctioned at Sothebys in London in May 2011. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 70,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 79,250.00 (€ 90,622.62). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fabio Fabbi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Tambourine Dance, which sold at auction in October 2005 for USD 363,200.00 (€ 302,792.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Italian her Master'S Choice von Fabio Fabbi kam im Mai 2011 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 70.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 79.250,00 (€ 90.622,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Fabio Fabbi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Tambourine Dance beobachtet, die im Oktober 2005 für USD 363.200,00 (€ 302.792,83) versteigert wurde.
