Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Early Autumn by Fang Jun was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. It changed hands for a price of HKD 48,300.00 (€ 4,583.42) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 25,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fang Jun have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Wild Geese Appear for a Good Autumn in August last year with an auction result of HKD 271,400.00 (€ 34,353.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Early Autumn von Fang Jun kam im Oktober 2013 bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 48.300,00 (€ 4.583,42) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 25.000,00 – 50.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fang Jun auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Wild Geese Appear for a Good Autumn im August letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 271.400,00 (€ 34.353,07).
