A top price for Farshid Maleki - as previously expected
The work Iranianuntitled by Farshid Maleki was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2018. The price achieved of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 15,505.76) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Iranianuntitled is the most expensive artwork by Farshid Maleki that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Iranianuntitled von Farshid Maleki kam im Oktober 2018 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 15.505,76) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Iranianuntitled das teuerste Kunstwerk von Farshid Maleki, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
