This artwork by Ferdinand Bourjot achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in February 2015. In the Old Master & 19th Century Paintings and Drawings, Sculptures, Miniatures auction, the work Genève, Vue Du Côté Du Quartier Saint Jean sold for EUR 1,074.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ferdinand Bourjot - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Fête Militaire Au Champs-De-Mars, 30 Verdémiaire An Iii (Soit 21 Octobre 1794), which sold at auction in June 2014 for EUR 2,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Ferdinand Bourjot erzielte im Februar 2015 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Paintings and Drawings, Sculptures, Miniatures wurde die Arbeit Genève, Vue Du Côté Du Quartier Saint Jean für EUR 1.074,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ferdinand Bourjot mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Fête Militaire Au Champs-De-Mars, 30 Verdémiaire An Iii (Soit 21 Octobre 1794) beobachtet, die im Juni 2014 für EUR 2.750,00 versteigert wurde.
