However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Francesco da Ponte - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait of a bearded gentleman, half-length, in a black doublet with a white collar, which sold at auction in June last year for USD 88,200.00 (€ 84,248.73).

Für andere Arbeiten von Francesco da Ponte mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait of a bearded gentleman, half-length, in a black doublet with a white collar beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für USD 88.200,00 (€ 84.248,73) versteigert wurde.
