The work Composition abstraite by František Kupka was worth EUR 138,600.00 to a buyer in October 2021. This price was achieved in the auction Past/Forward - Part I at Sothebys in Paris and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of EUR 30,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by František Kupka achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Jaillissement II (Tryskání II) in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 7,551,600.00 (€ 8,871,184.71).

Die Arbeit Composition abstraite von František Kupka war einem Käufer im Oktober 2021 EUR 138.600,00 wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Past/Forward - Part I bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 30.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von František Kupka erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Jaillissement II (Tryskání II) im März 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 7.551.600,00 (€ 8.871.184,71).
