Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Fritz Scholder Painting by Fritz Scholder was sold in the Modern Native American ArtFeaturing the Wendy and Les Fisher Collection of Canadian Inuit Sculpture auction at Bonhams in Los Angeles in August 2021. The price achieved of USD 25,312.50 (€ 21,451.27) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fritz Scholder achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Dartmouth Portrait #8," 1973 in August last year with an auction result of USD 378,375.00 (€ 375,931.45).

Die Arbeit A Fritz Scholder Painting von Fritz Scholder wurde im August 2021 in der Auktion Modern Native American ArtFeaturing the Wendy and Les Fisher Collection of Canadian Inuit Sculpture bei Bonhams in Los Angeles versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 25.312,50 (€ 21.451,27) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 20.000,00 – 40.000,00 angegeben worden.
