Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

In February 2019 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Rétromobile 2019 Racing, Flying & Yachting, which included the work XVIIIème Rallye Des Alpes by Geo Ham. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Geo Ham achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Monaco, 1936 in November 2015 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 28,487.03).

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Im Februar 2019 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Rétromobile 2019 Racing, Flying & Yachting durch, in der auch die Arbeit XVIIIème Rallye Des Alpes von Geo Ham zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.300,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Geo Ham erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Monaco, 1936 im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 28.487,03).
