This artwork by Georg Herold achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in February 2011. In the Contemporary Art Evening Sale auction, the work without title sold for GBP 121,250.00 (€ 142,822.36) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00. This high result makes the work without title the most expensive artwork by Georg Herold that we have observed at auctions so far.
