The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Fleurs décoratives in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 644,000.00 (€ 761,679.48).

Die Arbeit Christ et disciples von Georges Rouault kam im Dezember 2011 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 46.600,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 33 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georges Rouault erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Fleurs décoratives im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 644.000,00 (€ 761.679,48).
