In December 2008 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Sale Benefiting to Amnesty International, which included the work Le Peintre Et Son Modele, 1972 by Gérard Fromanger. The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,500.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gérard Fromanger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Le Peintre Et Le Modele : Vert Veronese - 1972 in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 80,000.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2008 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Sale Benefiting to Amnesty International durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Peintre Et Son Modele, 1972 von Gérard Fromanger zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.500,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gérard Fromanger erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Le Peintre Et Le Modele : Vert Veronese - 1972 im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 80.000,00.
