This work without title by Gérard Garouste was sold in the One of a Kind. Drawings & Paintings | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in April last year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,904.00 45% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gérard Garouste achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Nature morte au vase bleu - 1984 in December last year with an auction result of EUR 124,640.00.

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gérard Garouste wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion One of a Kind. Drawings & Paintings | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.904,00 und damit 45% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gérard Garouste erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Nature morte au vase bleu - 1984 im Dezember letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 124.640,00.
