Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion 20th Century Art 1950 to present durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jean Marie Et Son Dick - 1972 von Gérard Gasiorowski zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 6.240,00 und damit 56% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gérard Gasiorowski auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La fuite du côté de Barbizon, Vous le trouverez à cet endroit, au bout du pré, le long des arbres, de l'autre côté des fougères.
