Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work I nobili ed i borghesi by Giorgio de Chirico was auctioned at Il Ponte in October 2010. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,400.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giorgio de Chirico achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Il Pomeriggio Di Arianna (Ariadne’S Afternoon) in October 2020 with an auction result of USD 15,890,400.00 (€ 13,643,341.63).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit I nobili ed i borghesi von Giorgio de Chirico kam im Oktober 2010 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.400,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giorgio de Chirico erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Il Pomeriggio Di Arianna (Ariadne’S Afternoon) im Oktober 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 15.890.400,00 (€ 13.643.341,63).
