Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2007 Sothebys in Milan held the auction 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Tramonto by Giovanni Lomi. The price achieved of EUR 5,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Other works by Giovanni Lomi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2008 the work Giardini Pubblici A Firenze was auctioned for EUR 10,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2007 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion 19th Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Tramonto von Giovanni Lomi zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Lomi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2008 die Arbeit Giardini Pubblici A Firenze für EUR 10.000,00 versteigert.
