Auction result well in line with expectations
In February this year VAN HAM held the auction From a Private Collection - 110 Prints and Works on Paper | ONLINE ONLY, which included this untitled work by Gotthard Graubner. The price achieved of EUR 396.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gotthard Graubner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Farbraumkörper I in December 2016 with an auction result of EUR 580,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion From a Private Collection - 110 Prints and Works on Paper | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gotthard Graubner zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 396,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gotthard Graubner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Farbraumkörper I im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 580.000,00.
