This artwork by Günther Uecker achieved an unexpectedly high price at VAN HAM in January this year. In the D x C - Artists from the Rhineland | ONLINE ONLY auction, the work Kosmos. sold for EUR 2,112.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Günther Uecker achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) in March 2017 with an auction result of GBP 2,629,000.00 (€ 3,080,928.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Günther Uecker erzielte im Januar diesen Jahres bei VAN HAM einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion D x C - Artists from the Rhineland | ONLINE ONLY wurde die Arbeit Kosmos. für EUR 2.112,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Günther Uecker erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spirale I, Spirale II (Doppelspirale) im März 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.629.000,00 (€ 3.080.928,49).
