Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A seated nude by Hans Bayens was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2002. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 881.25. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hans Bayens achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Family in May 2011 with an auction result of EUR 13,750.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A seated nude von Hans Bayens kam im März 2002 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 881,25 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hans Bayens erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Family im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.750,00.
