The work Did You Just... by Hartley Waltman was sold in the Close to Home: Christie's Staff Art Show auction at Christies in New York in August 2018. The price achieved of USD 500.00 (€ 431.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 400.00 – 600.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Did You Just... is the most expensive artwork by Hartley Waltman that we have observed at auctions so far.
