Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Souvenirs D'Orient by Hélène D'Oettingen was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2007. The price achieved of EUR 2,478.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hélène D'Oettingen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Paysage in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 89,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Souvenirs D'Orient von Hélène D'Oettingen kam im Oktober 2007 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.478,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hélène D'Oettingen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Paysage im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 89.250,00.
