The result of SEK 300,000.00 (€ 29,263.12) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 300,000.00 – 350,000.00. Admittedly, works by Helmer Osslund have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Stora sjöfallet i vinterskrud" in June 2016 with an auction result of SEK 1,700,000.00 (€ 181,218.27).

Die Arbeit 'Italienska Rivieran om våren' (The Italian Riviera) von Helmer Osslund wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Important Winter Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 300.000,00 (€ 29.263,12) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 300.000,00 – 350.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Helmer Osslund auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Stora sjöfallet i vinterskrud" im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.700.000,00 (€ 181.218,27).
