Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Jane Avril. Maîtres De L'Affiche Pl. 110 by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec was auctioned at Bonhams in February this year. The price achieved of GBP 1,275.00 (€ 1,454.31) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Blanchisseuse in November 2005 with an auction result of USD 22,416,000.00 (€ 19,012,722.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Jane Avril. Maîtres De L'Affiche Pl. 110 von Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec kam im Februar diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.275,00 (€ 1.454,31) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Blanchisseuse im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 22.416.000,00 (€ 19.012.722,65).
