The price achieved of USD 22,416,000.00 (€ 19,012,722.65) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 20,000,000.00 – 25,000,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, La Blanchisseuse is the most expensive artwork by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec that we have observed at auctions so far.
