A top price for Henri Ganier Tanconville - as previously expected
In June 2014 Christies in London held the auction The Art of Travel, which included the work Menton by Henri Ganier Tanconville. The result of GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,249.45) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Menton is the most expensive artwork by Henri Ganier Tanconville that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juni 2014 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Art of Travel durch, in der auch die Arbeit Menton von Henri Ganier Tanconville zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.249,45) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Menton das teuerste Kunstwerk von Henri Ganier Tanconville, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
