A top price for Hong Viet Dung
This artwork by Hong Viet Dung achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July last year. In the Modern Discoveries | Encounters auction, the work Hong Viet Dung | Landscape with Figure sold for HKD 138,600.00 (€ 17,294.43) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 70,000.00. This high result makes Hong Viet Dung | Landscape with Figure the most expensive artwork by Hong Viet Dung that we have observed at auctions so far.
