Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Huang Junbi achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in Hong Kong in April 2018. In the Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction, the work Waterfall sold for HKD 129,800.00 (€ 13,695.97) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Huang Junbi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lofty Mountains Amidst Clouds in October 2017 with an auction result of HKD 5,020,000.00 (€ 552,510.30).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Huang Junbi erzielte im April 2018 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Waterfall für HKD 129.800,00 (€ 13.695,97) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Huang Junbi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lofty Mountains Amidst Clouds im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.020.000,00 (€ 552.510,30).
