Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Ilya Bolotowsky was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in September 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 9,450.00 (€ 8,162.74). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ilya Bolotowsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rectangle Within a Circle in May this year with an auction result of USD 107,950.00 (€ 101,323.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ilya Bolotowsky kam im September 2021 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 9.450,00 (€ 8.162,74) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ilya Bolotowsky erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rectangle Within a Circle im Mai diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 107.950,00 (€ 101.323,45).
