A top price for J. Orloff - as previously expected
The work Highwaymen; and The Flight by J. Orloff was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in August 2008. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,325.06) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Highwaymen; and The Flight is the most expensive artwork by J. Orloff that we have observed at auctions so far.
