Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2016 Christies in Dubai held the auction Dubai: Modern and Contemporary Art Now and Ten, which included this untitled work by Jafar Rouhbakhsh. The price achieved of USD 56,250.00 (€ 49,385.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Jafar Rouhbakhsh have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2008 the work without title was auctioned for USD 133,000.00 (€ 85,431.65).

Im März 2016 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion Dubai: Modern and Contemporary Art Now and Ten durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Jafar Rouhbakhsh zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 56.250,00 (€ 49.385,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Jafar Rouhbakhsh konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2008 die Arbeit ohne Titel für USD 133.000,00 (€ 85.431,65) versteigert.
