Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape With Figures By Ruins by Jan Abrahamsz. Beerstraaten was sold in the Old Master and British Works on Paper Including drawings from the Oppé Collection auction at Sothebys in London in July 2016. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,752.87). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jan Abrahamsz. Beerstraaten achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch Ships At Anchor In A Calm Harbor, With Dignitaries In A Barge Approaching The Royal Yacht Of Prince William Ii, And A Ferry Transporting A Cannon In The Foreground in January 2020 with an auction result of USD 560,000.00 (€ 504,822.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape With Figures By Ruins von Jan Abrahamsz. Beerstraaten wurde im Juli 2016 in der Auktion Old Master and British Works on Paper Including drawings from the Oppé Collection bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Beerstraaten erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dutch Ships At Anchor In A Calm Harbor, With Dignitaries In A Barge Approaching The Royal Yacht Of Prince William Ii, And A Ferry Transporting A Cannon In The Foreground im Januar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 560.000,00 (€ 504.822,86).
